Kendall Williams

My passion for health and well-being has inspired my work with individuals and groups for the past 15 years. I have facilitated transformational experiences through bodywork, meditation, embodied movement practices and wilderness adventure. Within my private practice I work with individuals using a relational, bottom up and body-oriented approach to healing, I aim to increase one’s unique capacity for fulfillment and a sense of ease in the world. I weave Somatic Experiencing, touch, mindfulness and spiritual coaching into personal sessions depending on the needs of the moment.

Erik Iverson

Remember this face because Erik Iverson is someone you might want to track down in the apocalypse. He can cook a satisfying meal foraged from the trail or roadside. He’ll teach you to cultivate the seeds with improvised tools. He’ll unite a well-rounded alliance of your new best friends and collaborators. Apocalypse or not, death comes for us all, so why not make it a good one? This is, in part, what led him to co-found www.holdingspaceasheville.org
