Jennifer Germaine
After spending more than 15 years as a corporate lawyer helping hundreds of organizations create unique strategies to elevate their work in the world, Jennifer sold her law firm to step deeper into her passion of speaking on what it means to be a creative catalyst of change. Jennifer blends her extensive knowledge of how our brains process information with her experiential wisdom on working with thousands of leaders to help impact-driven organizations harness the power of creativity and become a globally recognized voice of impact.
Errol Hill
Errol is a junior at SILSA, preparing to graduate early and spend the next year on exchange in Brazil. He plays Ultimate Frisbee and is interested in health and language.
Christine Garvin
Christine Garvin is a Functional Nutritionist who focuses on women’s hormones and gut health, as well as Microbiome Labs BiomeFx representative for the Southeast. She’s been featured in Health, Shape, Parade Magazine, and MSN among other outlets. She is the host of the podcast, Hormonally Speaking, and offers group programs for gut healing and hormone health.
Chris Smith
Chris Smith is executive director of the Utopian Seed Project, a crop-trialing nonprofit working to celebrate food and farming. Within this work, Chris collaborates on The Heirloom Collard Project, hosts a seasonal Trial to Table event series, and publishes Crop Stories, a crop-specific multimedia project. His book, The Whole Okra, won a James Beard Foundation Award in 2020, and he is the co-host of The Okra Pod Cast. In 2023 Chris received the Organic Educator Award from The Organic Growers School and was named a Champion of Conservation by Garden & Gun.
Dallas Broach
Dallas Broach is a parenting coach and educator with an organization called The Parenting Cyclebreakers. She has her Master's in Child and Family Studies and has been working with children and families in various capacities for over 14 years. She is most passionate about supporting parents on their journey into breaking generational cycles through parenting.
Dr. Sandra Frempong
Sandra Frempong is an accountant and educator who has integrated her knowledge across platforms in accounting, academia, media content creation, and AI integration. She is a brain teaser buff who has published and created the quiz competition, Let's Explore Africa! - the media platform to help learn more about the continent.
Tom McCarter
Tom is a native of New York City. He, and his wife Andi moved to Asheville six years ago to be with their daughter, Megan and her growing family. As a young man, Tom aspired, unsuccessfully, to be a cartoonist. His dream thwarted, he became a banker, in New York and Miami. In retirement he has wandered and wondered aimlessly for twenty two years.
